Ingedients:

 

  • Oats-1/4 Cup
  • Semolina(SOOJI)-1/2 Cup
  • Low fat yogurt-2 tsp
  • Ginger-1/2 tsp (Grated)
  • Coriander leaves-1tsp (Chopped)
  • Curry leaves-1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Oil-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method :

 

  • 1.Grind oats in mixer to fine, pour it in bowl and add semolina to it, mix well.
  • 2.Add yogurt and water; stir to from a smooth batter without any lumps.
  • Add onion, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves and curry leaves to this mixture; stir again.
  • Now add cumin seeds, black pepper and salt;mix and set aside for 10 minutes
  • Heat a non-stick tawa, spray it with oil and a ladle full of batter spreading from circumference to the center while pouring (do not spreading the batter with the back of the ladle); cook on 1 side till done.
  • Serve hot green chutney
